Lupo Restaurant

Service was horrible! The staff was extremely unprofessional! Apparently ordering sparkling water and one dish isn’t enough for their servers. We tip very well wherever we go and the three of us would have been more than happy to take care of her as we usually over tip. The server abruptly walks away while taking our order to find someone else to serve us. She came off very nice and we were also very polite to her. After asking us would we order more items off the menu she walks away. Addressing the issue to the manager didn’t even help. Instead of getting our check for us to leave they were inside of the restaurant gossiping about us with other customers. We have that part recorded. Under no circumstances will I ever return.

Delicious in-house pasta is made daily, and I really enjoyed the white bean soup! Great ambiance and right next to some nightlife!

We were looking for a good place to eat. We found this lupo restaurant. We didn’t have reservations but they took us in. We had a lovely waitress who helped us with the menu. Food was delicious and outdoor breeze was so nice. We enjoyed this place and we will go back there again.

Always delicious meal. Shared rice balls and margherita pizza to start and both were excellent as always. We all then got pasta dishes including penne a la vodka with sausage and mushroom ravioli which had an amazing sauce with a touch of truffle.

The best Italian meal I’ve had in ages… and in T&C! Fresh pasta, fresh seafood, and delightful vodka sauce, so good. Top that off with clever cocktails and you’ve got five stars from me.

We were staying across the street from Lupo and had our last supper at Lupos before leaving TCI. Even though we didn't have a reservation, they offered to seat us either indoor or outdoor. The place was lively with a cool ambiance. We chose to sit inside as it was little windy that evening.

We receive prompt service from the staff. We opted to order two dishes and share. Both the meat balls pasta and seafood pasta dishes were tasty. The pasta was just right -not under or overcooked. Meatballs were soft and full of flavor. The seafood pasta was equally yummy. It paired well with a glass of sauvignon blanc. The staff was very attentive, polite and regularly checked on us if we needed anything.

I highly recommend Lupos for an Italian meal during your stay in Grace Bay! Yummy food at reasonable prices (given it is TCI after all!)

Best food we had on the island. Fresh made pasta: I love vodka sauce and it was deliciously creamy, with the right amount of heat. The brownie also did not disappoint! It's definitely worth checking out as part of your island tour.

Lupo is by far our fave Italian on the island and one of our favorite restaurants as well! We've been oming here for years, and after a bit of a dining-out braek over several months made Lupo our first choice to get social again. Mark (the owner), Gifford, Sofia and the whole crew are super nice, fun and great at what they do and the food is always spot-on. Some of our faves include the Grilled Chicken Caeser, Arancini, Meatballs, and Tagliatelle Bolognese but everything here is super and they have a good wine list too. PLus a great, laid-back atmosphere as well and lots of outdoor seating. Go!

Every dish we had was excellent. This place is a hidden gem for Italian. For a great, modern, fresh take on Italian food, this is the best place we visited. It's better than Bella Luna IMHO. We had Olives which were great - nothing bitter or under-ripe. We had the Calamari which is sauteed instead of fried - the sauce was amazing. My wife had the Ravioli and she could taste "just enough" truffle. " I had the Penne a la Vodka (I added Italian Sausage) and it was maybe the best PalV I've ever had. My son had the Meatballs w Linguini and his friend ate every bite of his Lasagna. All smiles. GREAT SERVICE and a warm heart from the Manager here. Highly recommend.

This place fills a gap on the island between coffee shops and restaurants that are super fancy. We wanted a place that's casual and not super expensive but also has great food and a nice outdoor section, and Lupo was perfect. Pasta and pizza were awesome, and they have a great cocktail menu that we will try next time. Servers were super nice, we will be back!

Screwed up a small order twice and didn’t really care. When we complained the manager said he did us a favor by giving us a table because we were 10 mins late. Food was decent but manager attitude was an issue

The ariancini was really good, however the rest of the meal was disappointing. After reading through reviews, I ordered the rigatoni pomodoro.unfortunately it was sub par. The sauce was bland and for the price to have no meat and a sauce that tasted like jarred tomato sauce, it was sad. My husband had the lobster pasta and the lobster was overcooked. I really wanted to like this place but it really fell short in taste. Maybe just order appys instead of the actual pasta dishes and you might be better off. It is a nice setting though.

Amazing and fresh food! The pasta was some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely come back next time I am in Provo!

Was just okaayy, had the Lobster dish and wasn't anything special especially for the high prices. Good setting and location, but service was just ok, food was ok, not great.

Food was fresh! They even have gluten free pasta as I have an allergy! We loved everything we got! Would go again!

The food is always fresh and amazing! I love their pizzas and the pasta is great! Yum! We came here a year and a half ago twice on our honeymoon and just went again last night! The food was just as amazing as the first time! This restaurant will always be a highlight!

Great little place in the center of Grace Bay. Make reservations! As soon as I saw Pappardelle Lobster Fra Diavolo on the menu online, I knew where I'd be dining that evening. Nice glass of wine and garlic bread as a side. Finished the night with their Affogato. Wonderful service from the entire crew.

Food was excellent. The flavors were very Italian. Everyone raved about their meals. The caprese salad was so delicious. Great wine list. Service was lovely and gracious. Adding it to our list of "go to" places.

Lovely all'aperto restaurant. The service was excellent, with a great rapport without being intrusive. By the end of the meal, it felt like leaving a friend's home with an eagerly plotting on the next visit.

The food was delightfully scrumptious and just right portion sizes.

A great Italian restaurant to visit while staying in the islands. They have the best home made spicy olive oil. The pasta was very flavorful and delicious.
