Took family of 4 on the 6 hour Cays discovery trip.
Went to Iguana Island, Ship in Long Bay, Snorkel Sites, Conch find and Beach BBQ. Saw some incredible sites. Enjoyed time with some other great tourists. Time on boat was fun and relaxing.
Music, beverages, tour leads Manny and Elbie were incredible hosts!
Recommend and will do again on future visits. Communication was great from the company.

I loved Villa del Mar and cannot wait to come back and stay here when we return to Turks & Caicos. The value compared to some other pricey hotels is incredible. The location is near the beach that has an attendant for chairs and umbrellas, they have 2 pools and at least 1 hot tub, a tiki bar near the pool, free breakfast daily, and the service is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, no complaints on that front. It’s not the most “up to date” but I wouldn’t consider it outdated - it honestly suited our needs perfectly.

This restaurant has a really nice setting and great menu. The restaurant is clearly very busy and has a great reputation.
However perhaps this reputation leading to a full book has made the restaurant become complacent.
Our reservation time was incorrect by 3 hrs even through I made the booking in person
The wait staff were friendly but were pushy for speed of service even though it was not busy. The first question after the menu was dropped off was if we wanted to order. I was still completing my appetiser when they were wanting to place the entree. This could have been avoided if they actually called for entree at right time or if they saw me still eating - take it back to the kitchen. I advised them that this was not how you serve people. They did not really care.
For all drinks and meals they asked who had what. There was only two of us and this also showed a lazy approach to service.
In top of service insult there was a compulsory 15% service. Charge.

Our group of 6 had a great half day on the boat! Ocean was a bit rough, but captain and first mate found a more sheltered place to snorkel. I appreciated their focus on safety, making everyone use a flotation device while snorkeling. We stopped at a beautiful sandbar with lots of cool shells and spent a little time on iguana island. They served yummy snacks, beers and rum punch.

Only drawback was difficulty finding the boat. Better directions once we entered the marina or having someone to meet us near the parking lot would have been great.

Luck was with me when we found this wonderful photographer for our family trip to Turks and Caicos. David's easy, upbeat personality relaxed everyone and the resulting photos are wonderful. Creative and really great with the small children, he made this a breeze. Highly recomend.

If you want a quick delicious burger and fries on the go, stop here! Best burger we have had in Prov! Better than most restaurants and priced right! We let our son pick where to go for lunch while on vacation and he picked a winner! Counter service.

This is hands down the best jerk chicken I've ever had! Diane cooked and waited on us. Poured us a shot of rum for our first day on the island. She's my favorite.
Definitely check this place out.

Awesome location and outdoor seating overlooking the cove was fantastic! Seeing a shark was a cool experience, I love how they rang the bell and yelled “shark!” and everyone jumped up to see. Cracked conch appetizer was tasty and the drinks packed a punch! The almond crusted grouper was OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious, highly recommend. My husband also enjoyed his lobster tail. Will definitely be coming back!

We recently rented an economy car (Mitsubishi Mirage) with Sixt at PLS airport and it was perfect! Check in was quick (we waited for them to serve the couple ahead of us) and then we were escorted to the car that was ready in the lot right at the airport. Upon return, the Sixt team members awaited our arrival at the airport and quickly checked over the car and we were on our way! No issues at all - and best of all affordable hassle free prices!
When renting on an island remember to not expect the best of the best…leave that for a different trip. A small economy car will safely get you from point A to B and it will be easier to navigate while you adjust to left sided driving!

Upon reviewing the email confirmation, I was reminded to wear closed-toe shoes, but they provide them on-site. Water shoes are also ok and recommended since you end up in the ocean while riding a horse. I didn't want to wear my only pair meant for the airport so I ended up borrowing a pair of sneakers to ensure I could participate. The overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly patient and attentive, especially considering it was my first time riding a horse. The commands were easy to grasp, and I was paired with a lovely horse named Rosalee. We embarked on a delightful 15-minute stroll to the beach via the roads, eventually venturing into the ocean with our horses. The staff encouraged us to wade deeper, allowing the horses to cool off. Throughout the ride, I learned about horse behavior and appreciated discovering each horse's individual quirks. This experience served as a fitting finale to my time on the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos. The excursion lasted approximately 2 hours, leaving us with ample time to enjoy lunch before heading to the airport.
