Hemingway's Restaurant

Food and drinks were good. My wife is a vegetarian and she got the garlic pasta which was pretty good and I had the fish tacos which were delicious. We sat outside where the view and sunset were spectacular. Staff could be friendlier.

Very nice location on the beach. A bit difficult to get to since there is a resort in front of a. Well worth the challenge. Food, drinks and service were great. We went on Tuesday and got the BBQ ribs. Fall off the bone good.

The food was ok. Nothing special. The tuna tartare was good, except the chips were stale. The shrimp penne pasta lacked depth of flavour. Shrimp crab cakes were good. Good value relative to other restaurants, though not cheap. Views are excellent. The service was prompt, and friendly.

Food was ok, but it took 1 hour & 10 mins. It was impossible to catch the attention of the staff. There were 4 of us, they gave us 3 side plates for the appetizers and never came back. We asked for drinks with ice and it took over 15 mins. They were understaffed and unapologetic. Would skip this place on my next visit.

Ok, so let me start off by saying that the customer service was really good. Everyone was friendly and they were willing to meet our needs. As for the food, maybe we hit them on a bad evening or our choice of food was incorrect but the food was bland.
The plating of the food looks great but the flavor profile was just not there. The appetizers were Beef Angus tips and crab cakes. The main dish was chicken penne pasta and the wife had grill snapper. We read the reviews thinking we were gonna get something flavorful but this evening it seemed like the chef was off their game. Hopefully this was a fluke.

This restaurant at the Sands Resort was actually better than the photos and reviews seem to indicate. One of the best dinner means we had on the island if you judge primarily based on food flavors and atmosphere. And it was easy to walk in without a reservation. Prices are also a bit more reasonable than other beach restaurants.

Crab cake, lamb chops and garlic mashed potatoes were the highlight. Gratuity isn’t automatically included unlike at many other places.

Wow. All I can really say is this has been the best restaurant we have been to near Grace Bay. Everything was amazing from the service to the food to the location. Our server was beyond expectation and the food was excellent. The shrimp curry was to die for and the portions were perfect. Prices were inline with every other well reviewed restaurant but this was by far the best. Thank you for the amazing experience. If you don’t stop here while in Turks, you are missing out.

One of the best restaurants on Provo, Hemingway's is located behind the Sands Resort at Grace Bay and the beach. Their seafood is fresh as would be expected and the steaks are exceptionally good! I really enjoyed the surf and turf. Marie was our server for many meals and she always went above and beyond!

One of the locals recommended this place for dinner and it was amazing! The grouper was so delicious and my friends all enjoyed their meals.

Portion sizes are decent for price. Prices are pretty affordable for lunch. Food is really good and staff is friendly. Will return.

I love the atmosphere and the food. Sometimes the service struggles but we are patient and on island time. Pricing is average for around here. Make sure you tell the server if you plan to eat and not just drink. It may help get service faster. Dress nicely as it may hurt your ability to get the best service if you dress super casually.

Wonderful restaurant at the Sands Resort. Service, Food, and beachfront views especially at sunset were amazing.

Drinks are great; fish and chips dish is an awesome choice! I tried Canch, and it was a very great experience for the first time.

The food here is pricey and the salad portions are very meager even if you include meat. I got the salmon salad and I was still very r hungry afterwards where my husband got the fish sandwich with fries and he was satisfied and full. I really love their bread and fish sandwich. Order more than a entree salad if you’re hungry

Went for late lunch but we were too early to access the dinner menu. Lunch options were ok, but the breakfast and dinner options looked (and come recommend to me as) much better. The restaurant itself is in a stunning location as part of The Sands resort. I'd love to get back there for dinner. ️

Great service, great food, great strawberry mojito and great ambiance, a lil pricey but you're in Turks sooooo. Only downside was the menu is short and no lobster tail or jerk chicken.

Located near the beach side of the property. We Ate breakfast here. Scan a QR code for menu. Kind of packed. Food came out fast. Beautiful scenery on the ocean. I got bacon, eggs, toast and chopped potatoes. Pricey but that's normal in this area. Went that night and at the bar, Wes is the Doctor of Mojitos! The best personality and hospitality! They Are Following Covid Protocol. Restroom is small and outside of the restaurant.

Always a great experience at Hemingway's. The food, service and atmosphere is terrific. The cost is very reasonable. I always enjoy my time at Hemingway's especially breakfast.

The Soft Fish Tacos were outstanding. Not only the best fish tacos I’ve eaten but one of the tastiest meals I’ve eaten anywhere.

Nice restaurant, the food is good it has an amazing view, food comes out fast, but not all the servers are really nice
