Margaritaville Grand Turk

Didn't stay to eat or drink in this location; I just observed and passed through while exploring, but the atmosphere and design of this pool area truly look like a resort of its own. When I return, I'll make this my priority to chill here. Amazing pool area.

The food was pretty good here. My husband had some wings which he enjoyed. I had the BEST strawberry daiquiri I’ve ever had! There was a free pool with a DJ pumping out the current tunes. People were dancing and having a good time. We sat out on the patio under an umbrella and it was HOT! After I was done eating I took a few steps off the patio onto the FREE beach and into the water. (The cruise ship made people believe they had to pay for the beach) The locals were very friendly.

Enjoyed a drink here on our way thru to tour the island, you could easily spend the whole day here in their great pool. Lots of shopping too.

The food was okay and service wasn’t terrible even though my server seemed overwhelmed and forgot a part of my order. My main issue was that this place was not kid friendly at all. The djs son who just in boxers was being flung around by drunk people in the pool, which everyone seemed to think was amusing including her. It was apparently funny. The son also punched my children in the face. She did hug me and apologized but I would not be taking my children here again. This is not a family vacation spot. If you like frat parties or raves this is the place for you. If you want a family friendly relaxing environment, skip this place or stay on the cruise boat.

I’ve never wanted to leave a Zero review before, at a level 6 reviewer and on my way to a 10, here is my first goggle review I wish I could give a ZERO.
Waiter greeted us and said the “smaller” drinks we wanted weren’t available and we’d HAVE to get the larger ones with a souvenir cup whatever were on vacation so we did, my margarita was the worst margarita I’ve ever had… the rum punch was really good though. The nachos we sub par.
What has me disgusted is the waiters literally Cat called after a customer that walked by. I get we’re on the beach, I get there are pretty women in swim suits but to have multiple staff whistle and cat call after a customer is grotesque! You my not have many options for staff but training here would be a big win.
Didn’t care for the DJ dropping expensive language but I know the young crowd by the pool liked it… my third time to Turks and Id be happy if another company bought out this restaurant for its location! ‍️

It got wild and crazy up around the swim up pool bar. The rest of the pool area very nice. Beach also was great.

Great place to visit or spend the day at the pool. Music to keep you moving all day at or in the pool.

One stop place to be when in grand turk. Atmosphere is laid back and fun, people are friendly and the food and drinks is tasty and on point.

Very convenient location to grab some tasty frozen beverages, because it gets hot here! A little pricey in our opinion but as parrotheads we liked having a fun souvenir cup. The pool and beach near here were both packed even at 10am but still lots of fun to be had.

My wife and I were just there last week and had a blast. We got there around noon thinking that it was going to be a long wait but it wasn’t. Our waitress was very helpful and kind. We ordered our food it came pretty fast. It was hot, and it tasted good. The drinks were good and strong! Looking forward to come back.

The “seating host” didn’t even say welcome or hi, just pointed at the seat she wanted me to sit at. I should have known right there it was not going to be the best of service.

It actually was 0 service. I sat there for an hour and asked twice for a waiter or waitress…they never came by. I ended up just walking out. Walked down not too far and found another food joint …was greeted right away, fantastic service and excellent food. Wouldn’t waist your time at Margaritaville…staff is not friendly and very bad service. Almost seems like the staff’s energy is they don’t want to be there. Not a pleasant experience

This location is pretty awesome and I'd actually like to come here without being on a cruise and soak in the entire area because it was a party as soon as I walked up until I left and this is my second time visiting this location and so far I have nothing bad to say because they do their job to make sure the tourist have a great time

Stopped in for lunch while on a Costa cruise 2 weeks ago and had a good experience. The table was perfect, we did have to wait a little for our bill, but the food was good and served quickly.

Of course we all know Margaritaville is awesome. Expensive, but awesome. The swim up bar gives you a change of scenery from the ocean and you’re close to drinks and service. Bartender Wendy was AWESOME. She was knowledgable, very friendly, and made good drinks. We lasted at the bar for a long time because we enjoyed the service and she assisted in our party having a good time. Food is delicious. Large portion sizes. Definitely worth visiting if you’re visiting Grand Turk off the ships.:)

Great place to chill for the day with family, and friends. Drinks are food are excellent. Fun for the whole family.

Walking distance to cruise terminal. Free pool use for guests. Food and drinks are good.prices are fair and reasonable. Swim up bar available.

Had to give it 3 stars. It’s nice and a lot of fun as long as you get there early. If you’re here with a ship then it gets busy fast, if you’re here with 2 ships… good luck. Wait was incredibly long and no where to sit by pool. It’s not Margaritavilles fault by any means. Just fell victim to the situation.

Great pool area. Wave rider broken right now. Lots of chairs, umbrellas, and food/drink options. Beach right in front of pool area with good snorkeling. Shopping near by.

Nathalee took amazing care of us. This is a fun place with great vibes. We were early getting to this port but the staff was there and happy to help us. The drinks were flowing as soon as we got there. The Dj was great. The couch pic is the inside of cabana 10. It had AC, a mini fridge, a chair and that sectional.

All skin folks aren't kin folks! Sorry Travel, Spree A Rich and Jazzy life, AK Adventures and all other guest that was treated that way in that vlog! Retraining in customer service.
