46 This is hands down the best jerk chicken I've ever had! Diane cooked and waited on us. Poured us a shot of rum for our first day on the island. She's my favorite.
Definitely check this place out.
Nice Caribbean meal, great service. Jerk chicken was unique to some others we’ve had on the island. It had more heat & cinnamon to it. We enjoyed it and the sauce served. Rice and peas were great! The menu and prices posted are very wrong. That should be taken down. Chicken $20; fish $30; fritters $16; juice smoothie $9
Would definitely recommend the lobster wrap. Small dining and parking area, but big on flavor. It was our first meal in the Turks and Caicos and it was certainly our favorite. Reasonably priced as well too (considering it's on an island).
So delicious, friendly service, and the right price. Too bad we found this on our last day or we’d be back!
Most amazing food! She was lovely to sit and talk with. Highly recommend this restaurant! Jerk chicken and ox tail were to die for.
A hidden gem. Good, flavorful food, well-sized portions and reasonably priced. Call ahead if arriving in the afternoon; she sometimes will close early. We ate there twice.
Loved this spot! We visited three times during our stay. The food and smoothies were great every time. The oxtails, rice and peas, and fried plantains was our favorite meal!
Worth a visit. Delicious jerk chicken, sides and very friendly service in a casual setting
Literally the best food I have ever eaten… take the porc… ask for extra sauce… best rice, best everything and such a lovely woman served us!
Perfect burgers!
And really good service
Thanks Diane.
We’ll be back soon.
Stopped by for dinner, had the oxtail which was amazing. My sons really enjoyed their fried fish and conch fritters. My wife is vegetarian, and they didn’t have anything on the menu so she made my wife a vegetarian dish with okra, carrots and some other veggies (my wife said it was ok, but a bit on the salty side). Overall, we enjoyed the food and their smoothies were delicious.
We stopped by to try the jerk chicken after being tantalized by the delicious aroma coming from the hideaway. The owner Dianne and “Mama” were onsite on this day and Mama cooked for us and it was incredible. Perfect Peas & rice, slightly spicy and super flavourful jerk chicken and the best, most crispy plaintain I have ever tasted.
Definitely going back before our trip is over 10/10!
Saw the reviews on this little place…. It’s small. You will miss it if you blink. Only outdoor sitting. Diane is a wonderful cook. Got the curry goat (always available) and it was very good. My girlfriend got the jerk chicken and also very good. We stopped for a quick lunch and ordered the grilled grouper sandwich. The fish was fresh and tasty. It was served right off the grill so be careful not to burn your mouth! This is not a fancy place, just good food with a genuinely nice person and prides herself with her food. I highly recommend!
Food truck meets fine dining! The fried snapper looked amazing and was the tastiest fish I've had anywhere on Provo! So crispy and perfectly seasoned. We also had the pork dish which was a bit spicy and very delicious. Both are pictured below. Add cold beer and a smoothie to wash it all down and get ready to go again!
We went there twice and had fried snapper, oxtail, and jerk chicken. Each meal was amazing. Best we’ve had on the island by far.
Great gem of a spot. Everything is prepared fresh. The lady who ran the place is friendly and patient. I ordered the cracked conch and they are quite generous with the portions. It came with rice and peas. The other option was fries. At $20 flat for the lunch, it was solid.
Took us a few wrong turns to find this place but was it was worth it. Great food and wonderful people
WOW! Went back 2 times for our last 2 days in TCI. Jerk Chicken/ Pork was the best I have ever had and the Goat and Oxtail curry were insanely flavorful. The owner is a very nice lady who even gave me some tips on how to make my own curry better. Super reasonable prices and great authentic TCI food.
Miss Diane, is a true example of hospitality! Her food is exceptionally delicious. The best food we had on our trip, we went there almost everyday! The Jamaican patties she made special for me reminded me of the ones I had growing up in Panama. Her food warmed my heart and soul!
Very good breakfast and reasonably priced compared to other places on the island. Had 2 people and cost was 35 which included tip for 2 plates — each with one big omelette, 2 slices of toast, and 12 oz coffee. Everyone was nice and even met another customer who talked with us about the island.
