AJ was the best waiter ever. The customer service experience was amazing and food even better. Highly recommend conch salad and fried snapper, curried shrimp.

If you're blessed to go to Provo, Da Conch Shack is a must. We got the cracked conch, conch fritters, plantains and jerk chicken. All were delicious. The beer was ice cold, which was needed since it was blazing hot. And you can't beat the view! Service was superb. We'll be back, for sure.

Amazing place! Great food, atmosphere, the service was top notch and right on the beach! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to eat and hang out!

My husband and I came to the island for our honeymoon and were referred to this restaurant. The food was about a 6-7/10, but the service was horrible. There was a miscommunication about an item on the menu and the server Kino caught quite the attitude, rolling his eyes in my presence, etc as if I wasn’t the person who’d be most inconvenienced by this. I wanted a “filet” under the local fish portion of the menu. I thought that I could get the snapper in filet form, so I ordered it and specifically said that I wanted a filet. If the snapper only comes as whole bone-in fish, I should’ve been made aware, as the server has more knowledge of the menu than I. I kept calm during the exchange, and after I sent the whole fish back, I observed him never returning to our table. 30-40 min had passed mind you with no acknowledgement. My husband had to personally go to him and get the check. He was so rude and doesn’t need to render any type of “customer service. ”

Food is good but you're here for the experience. Vibe is relaxed beachfront meal until the music/entertainment starts and the it's really quite a show. Great night out.

Loved this place. Such a beautiful spot on the beach with some great food. We got the crispy chicken sandwich, (my sister claims best she’s ever had) conch fritters and the ribs. All were fantastic. The drinks were good, and strong which we liked! Definitely recommend this place, such nice and accommodating staff too. Thanks!

We were referred by our hotel staff that this would be a great experience where the locals hang out and a break from the usual resort experience. Well, tourist trap is how I would refer to the Conch Shack, complete with tourist pricing, staff that seems annoyed to even be there and even a gift shop. Three stars because the food and drinks were good, but the service was pretty bad/no existent. After we sat for 15 minutes waiting for a server when the place was still fairly empty, they seemed disappointed we didn't have our entire order ready since we had questions. Throughout our meal, we were just ignored and had to wave someone different down every time we wanted a drink. The server dropped off the check without even asking if we were done. We decided to skip dessert because we felt like they were pushing us out. I'd check this place off as a one and done as it was good food and a great venue, but could be so much more.

We went on a Wednesday night.they have a live show and after that the stage turn in to a dance floor.make sure you go early to get a table because they get pack real quick.you can have a table either outside in the opening on the beach or inside.make sure to bring a jacket because it gets chilly from the wind

Great atmosphere. Went on a friday night DJ was amazing if your looking for great fun music. Food was great too - our first conch fritter experience 10/10. Fish tacos were good but the chocolate cake even better (two individuals
With a sweet tooth). Service was great and also a great instagram able spot.

Stopped by Sunday night. It was pretty busy by they did get us in without reservations. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely go back. Food was amazing. I had the jerk chicken, my son had the boneless jerk chicken and my wife had the conch platter. We also had some peppajoy wings as well as a starter which were also excellent. We wanted to try the baked macaroni and cheese but they were out at the time. They were also out of their ice tea as well. Service was pretty good, not great but pretty good based on service to date on TCI. A DJ, started playing music around 8pm and was playing some good music and even one of the customers was dancing. Pretty entertaining. We would definitely go back if we come back to TCI.

Place is on the beach and food was fine. Service was ok, reserved ahead of time for birthday celebration however nothing special done for the birthday. Service was a bit slow as well.

Service was decent and food was great. I’m vegetarian so not many options for me (naturally, given that I was on a island). So I had the Johnny Fries and a side of fried plantains. Husband had the conch fritters, cracked conch, and lobster. He enjoyed all three but looooved the cracked conched. Prices there are decent, average for Provo. Slightly more affordable than the fine dinning options in the Grace Bay Area. Definitely a must try if traveling to Turks and Caicos.

Decent food, great views, and kind service. Minor mistakes made on the bill, and I wouldn't recommend the lobster (very tough and overcooked, arrived cold), but the fish was amazing and overall not a bad experience.

Went there on July 6 Wednesday night. Make a reservation before you get to the island or you won’t get in on Wednesday. It was our anniversary and they acknowledged it on arrival as well as our server. The seating wasn’t the best, it was down by the beach which on a typical night would have been good but it was super windy and abit cold. The tables were shaky and the chairs sunk into the sand which was really uncomfortable, we had dress shoes on, should have wore sandals and beach clothes. Dinner was ok but everything was cold and got even colder due to the wind. The whole snapper would have been better had it been hot. Red stripe beer was $15 a bottle high even considering it was imported. Food prices average. The band came which was a good experience and the fire guy was really good, the highlight was when the dj started playing great music good vibes fun dancing. Had a great time. A must do on the island try and go Wednesday night around 8 pm. Thanks for a good anniversary experience our first time in Turks but not our last.

This place is amazing, really good local food. Wednesday's nights are best the junkanoo band usually be preforming that night. The location on the bay in blue hills is just beautiful.i highly recommend this place

Fritters were tasty. Rum punch was delicious. No wait time to be seated. Great place to hang out. DJ last Sunday was awesome. Had many people dancing. Such a nice view. Definitely recommend as a fancier dinner for the group

The menu is pretty pricey (for seafood at least) but the location is amazing. Outdoor seating is wonderful and right on the beach. Great place for sunset dinners. Food was good but portions were on the small side. Vendors selling local crafts and goods on the beach (cash only). The tire swing was a fun, nice touch. This is a must-visit.
