Cocovan Airstream Lounge

We loved our lunch here! We had mediocre at best food experiences on the island before coming here. We had the nicoise salad and double smash burger. The burger was fantastic and the fries were nice and thick. Wish we had discovered this gem earlier in our trip!

Just do yourself a favor and go here. Food is top notch and the little area they have set up around the Airstream is private from the busier road it’s off of. We loved it so much we came back a second time! Pictured is a crispy steak taco and a grilled mahi taco!

I don’t know what these people are smoking but the tacos - in particularly the steak, duck were very bad! The steak was so beyond sweet… it is just covered in a sweet sauce that has no acidity to balance.
Atmosphere was lush and cozy but they were blasting this club music during the day. It’s nice to have an upbeat vibe but didn’t really fit the peaceful surroundings and lunch hour. Sad surprise as the reviews are so good? !

We stopped in for Spicy Crispy beef tacos and fried mac and cheese balls. Both were delicious. We also had the lemonade that was very refreshing. It's pricey, but it's the Caribbean, everything is pricey. You won't regret ordering anything here!

Cool atmosphere reminiscent of a trendy food truck scene out of Austin/ Portland, etc (but with palm trees) however terrible tacos. Ordered the crispy spicy steak and Peking duck taco. Both are essentially covered in a sauce so sweet it might as well be syrup. Could barely taste anything except this diabetic sauce. Although they're not trying to be a authentic, this eclectic trend of fusion taco flavoring is just bad.

My review is solely a reflection of the staff. We came here twice, first time we waited for 10 minutes until someone came to take our order who seemed bothered we were there but that seems to be the morale of most staff on the island with the exception of high end restaurants. The second time we went on 8/3 at 6: 30pm the girl that took orders at the front was outrageously unfriendly, rude and rolled her eyes in response to my husband asking a question to clarify his order. She murmured in low tones, looked in the opposite direction when spoken to the entire time and gave one word answers where you could barely understand her. I noticed her jokingly around smiling and laughing with the other staff so I assume she just doesn’t care for patrons. Despite her customer service and demeanor my husband still tipped. Food was great but the staff is absolutely 0/10

The reason this place has a line all the time is because it's freaking good food! Try it, like it, go back again like we did!

You MUST eat here when visiting Grace Bay! Everything on the menu is comfort food and it's absolutely EXCELLENT! Perfect for lunch or a casual dinner!

Great alternative to fully booked eateries around it. Loved the fried Mac& cheese balls, vegetarian options and some unique menu items like cucumber juice. Be ready to pay pretty dollar however because in general eating out in Provo gives sticker shock! They cook your order so it's fresh but that means line moves slowly. Bring bug spray as we got mosquito bites

The space Patrick and his team has created with Cocovan is truly unique and so much fun. The food was absolutely outstanding. We were so impressed by our first meal of fried cauliflower, tuna tartar (massive portions) and the fried chicken sandwich that we went back again for a second meal. This is a must-visit for lunch or casual dinner. You will not be disappointed.

It's a beautiful place and nice food, but I saw waiter eating from our plate before serving it to us. Very unpleasant feeling.

Lives up to the hype. I highly recommend it as do others. Features a really good variety of tasty food items. The grounds are unique with palms and plants surrounding you. We had a few of the different tacos and the hamburger egg roll. I recommend getting 1 of a few of the items to try as many as possible.

No words can accurately depict the absolute deliciousness that is the "Big Mac" Egg Roll. Don't bother with getting just 1, order the 3 count; you won't regret it. Hands down. Best thing in Provo! All Cocovan's food is impeccable though, staff friendly, and orders come up fast. Get your taste buds ready!

Got fried mac and cheese balls, falafel tacos, and cauliflower bites and we loved everything! We had the osprey chill from Turks Head Brewery, too. We really appreciated that they had vegetarian options. It was a cool atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Best tacos on the island! So flavorful, a fun atmosphere and delicious drinks were well worth the sweat to walk over. Luckily they have plenty of paper towels on the table to help keep you dry. I would go back just for the rum punch!
