Coco Bistro

Turned up without a reservation and had a short wait before they found us a high table in their bar area. The food was really good, and the service was good. Tried to book a table in a couple of days, but nothing was available until 4 days in advance. It was too late for us as we were travelling home in 3 days. Need to book early or try on spec and get a table/place in their bar area.

We had dinner tonight 1/10/24 at Coco Bistro at 7: 00pm. My husband had the seafood pasta and I had the lamb chops. Although the food was great the service was very disappointing. We were never told our servers name and we felt that she ignored us throughout the night. Never received her name till we saw it on the bill Josefina and we had tables who were seated after us getting their second course before she even took our order. We felt like she either forgot us or just didn’t want to wait on us. We are going back again next week and we are hoping that service is better.

We walked in this evening early at 5 40 and by the kindness of the host we were given a beautiful table.

Food is superb, highly recommend the seafood.
Service was fantastic and the atmosphere is very date night under the stars. Fantastic experience, and I am very pleased that we were able to turn a poor customer service experience into a night to remember. This is a must stop gastro restaurant if you are in Turks and Caicos.

Unable to get a response from the restaurant.

My wife and I are trying to make a reservation so we emailed them at the address on their website twice and did not get a response.

We then proceeded to call them mutiple times on different days but no one has answered and you are unable to leave a VM

Very disappointing level of customer service. We are sad that we will not be able to experience what we were told was a great experience.

Best dining on TCI, get reservations right away or eat at the van! Also you take a chance and walk into the bar and get dinner there as well.

This was hands down our most favorite meal during our stay at Providenciales! We ended up having tuna tartar at four different restaurants during our stay, and this was by far the best tuna tartar out of the four! We also had the lobster springrolls as an appetizer, and the blackened mahi, grilled lobster, and rigatoni bolognese, which were all outstanding!

Lovely as usual. Gorgeous palm trees, very attentive service, and nicely prepared local and international dishes.

So good! One of the best restaurants on the island. The beef bulgogi taco appetizer were insane and the mahi mahi was amazing!

Service was amazing, food was Outstanding and the appearance was soo romantic and unique. I would suggest sitting near a fan because it can get pretty stuffy with the island heat/humidity.

We enjoyed watermelon margaritas. We had to settle the bill at the bar before heading to our table. Surprised the bill couldn’t be combined.

We were told it will be an hour seating wait but we managed to be seated within 15 mins. Good service and atmosphere. Highly recommend seafood fettuccine which was tweaked with some spice that we had requested. Utterly delicious.
Skirt steak was okay and not the best I’ve tried. Portions are good sized. The photos look smaller as the chef split the portions for two of us to share. Overall a good 4 stars.

Did walk-in and ate at the bar. The ambiance was very nice and service was quick. Conch 2 ways was def my favorite way to eat conch here at Turks & Caicos…. Mhmm that sweet & sour sauce with the fried conch and that thinly slice conch ceviche. The seafood fettuccine I’d def recommend and it was nice that they split the entree for me already since we were sharing. FYI the lobster here in TCI in general is just on the more salty side (at least for me it was). In total for 2 people, we ordered the seafood fettuccine as entree; 2 appetizers: conch 2 ways and poached lobster special; and 2 sides: french fries and broccoli…we were beyond stuffed afterwards.

Top notch all the way. Tremendous atmosphere for kids and adults alike. Food is quite good - nearly everything we had was an A. It's expensive, but not that much more than everywhere else on island, while clearly a step up in terms of quality. Easy parking, also walkable from Grace Bay if you're so inclined.

Excellent service and food. I have celiacs and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband loved his food as well.

Management is a disaster here. However the staff are amazing and the food was amazing. This was one of the best experiences and dinner we had the entire time on the island. The lamb dish was out of this world!

Make reservations weeks in advance if possible. We tried calling several times yesterday and today to get dinner reservations for tonight. No one answered my calls until about 5pm tonight and by then they were booked solid for tonight. However, we were told that if we dropped in, they could accommodate us on a first come, first serve basis in the bar area. They have high top tables there for people to sit at and the menu is the same. The food was the best we've had on the island so far! The ambiance is wonderful and romantic. The waitstaff are kind and attentive. For three of us, dinner, drinks, water, and dessert, with tip, was just shy of $300. Would I go again? Absolutely!

The food was amazing but the service is awful. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very short tempered and impatient. I don’t blame him due to the fact that he was very understaffed. I had to wait around 30 to 45 minutes to check out, everything is in “island time”. I had to pull up the menu on my phone because I was there for 20 minutes before I was asked if I wanted a menu. There was only two other people at the bar at the time. In conclusion, if you sit at the bar, have some patience because the food is amazing and the drinks are great but their service is not the best.

Among the best dining experiences in the world. Paradise of a setting and amazing ambiance, impeccable service and world-class food. Cannot recommend highly enough. Also make sure to try their more causal sister restaurant on-property - cocovan

Wonderful locale, great Mahi Mahi, amazing cat roaming the grounds. Definitely visit if you are staying on Provo or Grace Bay on TCI

There are better choices for fine dining on TC.
Tuna overcooked. Food mediocre. Tuna overdone. 4 stars for TC
