Beach House Turks and Caicos

Incredible food, atmosphere and scenery! You can't ask for a better beach or better view from their beachfront rooms. I am bummed that they have sold this resort and are closing September 1st. Hoping that it opens under new management and that they update the beds and the bathrooms as those were the only things that i would truly give constructive feedback on.

I rarely write reviews good or bad, just always been the kind of guy if its good ill return or bad I wont give business to again. But this place just blew the roof off of mine and my wife's expectations for a honeymoon. What a beautiful setting, the food is amazing and to talk about the staff I would need about a day to describe the hospitality and friendliness. They truly find joy in helping you with any need you can think of and than blowing your mind how far they go above and beyond. The beaches are gorgeous, drinks arent like many resorts out of country you travel to where it is very watered down. We will definitely be coming back, Mike, Lisendi, and really every single person we encountered, thank you for the bottom of our hearts.

Oh my goodness. The picture does not do this serenity justice. I am so happy we were able to stay at this resort. If you plan on going to Turks and Caicos anytime soon, this is it. The staff are friendly, courteous, and inviting. We were in the enchanted room and the view was amazing not to mention the suite had a spectacular ocean view. You will feel a sea of pure relaxation.

The service is too slow. We spoke with chef specifically for vegetarian and still they served meat in tomato soup. Also they told us they ran out of red wine. How you run out of red wine at the beginning of dinner time in a restaurant where you are taking limited reservations.

This was our first trip to Turks and we could not have picked a better place than the Beach House! From the moment we arrived and Carlton and Lakenya greeted us and made sure we felt welcomed into a family! The service of all the staff was amazing but special shout outs to Jimmy, Dio and Sammy! We will be coming back! We stayed in the Enchanted Room and that’s exactly how we felt being there!

The warmth and friendliness starts the second you arrive. The Beach House made our first visit to Turks and Caicos an amazing and memorable vacation. The entire staff was beyond friendly, caring, professional and sincere. I would do a dis-service by not naming all the staff but a few of the staff deserve some additional recognition. Carlton, Lakenya, Gloria, Dio, Jimmy and Sammy made our vacation even more special. The Beach House is well maintained and very clean. The suite rooms of the 21 room House are amazing. There is no fighting for prime beach space due to size of hotel and beach. The all-inclusive adults only Beach House was exactly what we were looking for and were not even close to being disappointed.

Was kinda OK except our beech chairs weren't there and waited 45 min to get them and our a/c stopped working 2 times and woke up all sweaty and my order wasn't right at dinner or breakfast. But, once when we left after the first night of our week long reservation and went to a different place, beach house looked just fine when we drove by on our way to the marina.

First off, this was the best vacation we have ever had. It wouldn’t surprise me if it would also be the best (aside from when we go back). Two people there made it even better, Dorothea and Carleton. They made it to seem as if we were family, they were there if we needed anything, I mean anything. It’s been about 10 months since we’ve been, but in recollection today (drinking some of the rum we brought back) we decided to make the time to finally write a review. Not due to bad service, but due to the fact of every time we have thought about taking another vacation, we every time think about The Beach House. It really is that good. The 1,100 sq ft. Rooms are absolutely amazing. Make sure to get a room facing the ocean, yes it’s more expensive, but don’t be stingy, just do it. You’ll thank me later.

Amazing property and staff. Suites are spacious, airy and quiet. Property is beautiful with lush tropical gardens and pristine beach. Shuttle service available to visit their sister properties for those wishing to try different pools, beaches or restaurants. Food is very good and The Beach House menus offer variety. Personnel are responsive and genuinely interested in your experience. Management is visible and participates. We stayed for 3 weeks and can honestly highly recommend The Beach House!

Our family and I stayed at Alexandra Resort and went to Kitchen 218 for dinner and it was amazingly delicious! From the drinks to the desserts to the staff, it was incredible! The food was too die for! The staff was elegant, great service! The food and the drinks, exquisite! We met one of the chefs as well. Highly recommended!

Beach House is part of the #turksandcaicoscollection and was the only experience to fall short. We only went there for the restuarant - which they hyped from the moment we checked in. The have champagne, oysters and caviar in the bar but you cannot get any of this at your table and the champagne is not "included. " They charge $15 per glass. The oysters were good (not great) but you need a magnifying glass to find the caviar (as pictured)! We ate there 2x so as to give them the benefit of the doubt.there was no doubt! While most of the staff were great and the restaurant has a nice vibe, the food was mediocre.and we all ordered a pasta dish that had so much truffle oil it was inedible. My personal opinion is that they've got it backwards. Fish Deck at the Alexandra Resort should be their premier restaurant. Chef Carter really does a fanominal job!

We spent two days of our vacation at the wonderful Beach House resort. The Beach House is a beautiful property with a very relaxed vibe. The highlight of our stay was the incredible service provided by Jimmy at the Beach. He was extremely attentive to our every need. His amazing personality and commitment to service made for an absolutely wonderful stay. Jimmy really demonstrates what customer service is all about. Dinner at the BeachHouse is a real treat. We were fortunate to have Sherine as our waitress for both of our dinners. She is another amazing employee dedicated to service. She provided incredible service with a smile. On one of the nights, we were lucky enough to have "Raj the Entertainer" perform. He is an island treasure, so talented and so fun. We highly recommend the Beach House!

Everything was wonderful. Josnell and Dorothy Sammy and lisbeth in particular were incredible. Please please take care of them as they are an amazing asset to this place

We were staying at the Alexandria resort for our honeymoon and this resort was a sister hotel part of our package. We did not stay at the hotel it’s self but dined at the restaurants by the beach and next to the pool.

The food was superb compared to our own hotel especially the restaurant by the beach. The conch salad was amazing along with ribs and burgers. Our server was also very polite.

Overall I have to say that the food was much better but the actual resort it’s self is a lot smaller than Alexandria. I can highly recommend visiting the restaurants here if you come to Turks and Caicos!

We love The Beach House especially Randal on the beach. He makes sure you are happy from the time you step out onto the white sand till you are ready to leave. He sets up your chairs, runs for drinks and always has a smile on his face. One of the reasons we will return to our “Heaven on Earth”.

Stayed at the sister hotel, Alexandra but ate at the restaurants here 3 times.the staff is amazing especially Mayra Reyes and Raj the singer. The food was great especially the two lobster nights. A must go

The resort is amazing. If you are looking for night life, this is not the place. However, if you are looking to relax, this is the place for you. The restaurant is one of the best! The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. Rucadro waited on us a few times and was professional and attentive. Carlton was so accommodating as well as Dio and Sly and the rest of the staff. Highly recommend this place.

Beach house was amazing! Food was excellent and the property and beach is beautiful. Service is very spotty and can be very very slow at times. The staff is very nice but you can tell that sometimes they rather not deal with you. The servers only come around once or twice to ask if you want more water, coffee, juice, etc. Angie was amazing! So friendly and down to earth. The mosquitos were terrible! Obviously beach house can not control this and they do provide bug spray. I wish they had better fans and ventilation for the outside eating area as it would make it a lot better. Also the smoothie bar was never open even though they advertise that it is from 8am-11pm. Overall a great time and I would definitely return.

This was my family and I's first time to the beautiful Turks & Caicos island. Beautiful water and sun speak for themselves, so when we're on a beach vacation, a lot rides on the service experience. The Turks and Caicos Collections's Beach House exceeded our expectations. We tend to shy away from all inclusive, but the reviews and adults only feature convinced my sister to book. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Lakenya whose kindness and bright smile immediately put us in vacation mode. We then met Dwayne who took us on a guided tour of the property and then showed us to our room while our bags were magically transported to our room (Delight). The number of times it was genuinely emphasized to us in the first hour that our vacation had started and we were not to lift a finger made an impression on me. Our room was so much more than we could have imagined: spacious, modern/updated, zen and VIEWS FOR DAYS. Each day consisted of breakfast (in room or at the restaurant), sunning, swimming (with all the drinks your heart desires) and dining either on the beach or at the pool side. There's a fantastic Veuve Cliquot and caviar bar. 100% class. The on site 24hr gym has everything you need to work up a little sweat and the juice bar has wonderful healthy alternatives to heavier breakfast options. I want to particularly thank the water sports and beach attendant staff (Sammy, Randall, Roger and Chinadu), the housekeeping staff especially for Delight (Marie really touched us) and the dining staff (Shirene, Keiyre, Jasmine. I have to especially commend Ricardo whose professionalism and work ethic will allow him to succeed in anything he does). Thank you to the entire team of Beach House for being a part of such a special memory for a family who has had a tough year. We look forward to coming back!
